AS well as being the most complicated site one could ever use, now today just before Ipswich R2 the whole ************ site went down.
I logged onto the old site and bingo straight away worked like a charm and very easy to use.
I just wonder who these buffoons are that designed the new site.

Which TAB site are you refering to.

NEW TAB SITE IS A TOTAL BALLS UP AND WILL LOSE MANY CUSTOMERS
I CAN BET THAT THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RACE TRACK,PLAY CHESS ON THE WEEKEND AND DO NOT REALISE THE DIFF BETWEEN A FALSE FAV AND A TRIFECTA COME ON TAB LIFT YOUR GAME.

I concur wholeheartadly, they dont even have scratchings on the new site!!!!

I still use the old website and will continue to do so until they get rid of it.

Unfortunately, sometimes people who are paid truckloads of money to come up with something new change things that used to work on the old just for the sake of being able to tell their employer that they have in fact done something ( disregarding the fact that it has in fact gone backwards rather than forwards)

I've always said if it isnt broke, then dont fix it.

I thought id better try it since it looked so flash, its slllllooooowww, untidy, messy, hard to use, same thing, i lost money trying to use it so i use the old one also, hope they dont pull the pin on it. I got so frustrated the other day i rang customer service and put in an "official" complaint, they said some one would get in touch with me (yeah right). They did say that it will speed up once they have rolloed out the "finished product" in may i think they said.
Is it legal for NSW people to have accounts with say tas tab by the way.

I'm sure I read somewhere they apparently got "punters" to help design the site. Not sure who these "punters" were but I don't think they have any

Im gonna agree with you all there. I dont use the new NSW sportstab any more. I still click on the old site because its easier to read and loads faster. the old format was fine enough for me.

I just closed my account with them. Mostly because i use betfair and the odds are just so much better. I was going to keep the account open because of the flexibet option with the exotics which was the only betting I placed with them, but I tried to get money out the other day and because I deposited with a credit card i had to turn the money over before I could get it out (its in the fine print so Im told) so the only way I could get it out was to close the account so I did. Now you have to register just to get some basic info from the site. ( I thought the idea would be to try and attract people to the site, not turn them away) I think their ideas men must be B1 and B2, however I might be giving them to much credit.

In my progression, 1,2,4,8, i was on eight wasnt i.
Goes over to put multiple of units on, missed the damn thing cause the OLD site was "sssssssssssssssslllllllllllllllllllllllllllllooooo ooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww", and that was like 1.5 minutes before jump,what won, you guessed it, one of the little ************s (can i say that ?) that were in my selections paying 16 for the win.

Ill be finding something else this morning, my credit card is itching to to be filled by something new and exciting anyway.
