trainer system
Look for trainers that are travelling 500km or more.
If they are also fancied in the market as well they can be good bets. You can use a road trip planner on the internet to tell you the distances travelled. regards likeabet |
So, if they're travelling 499 km, give 'em a miss??? ;)
|
perhaps if their in the 450-499 km gap halve your bet
|
The logic of this system is if a trainer takes a horse from
brisbane to sydney and its in the marketthey must think it has a good chance. It cost a lot of money to send a horse on a long trip. likeabet |
Elvstroem was a special in Dubai !!

At carnival time a lot trainers like to holiday, at the carnival. Heaps of trainers come from everywhere during the cup carnival to get entry to the members on the day. Costs money to come from NZ but not many of them have won in recent years. The thought behind the idea is good reasoning though. |
So the next question is obvious....

Elvis or Grand Armee
Don't forget Elvis has come from Melbourne, and Grand Armee from Sydney- which is closer, but then Elvis has flown from Dubai, which is???km's....

Sounds good. A typical example was Race 7 at Cheltenham,Stormy Nova at $6.90 Vic tote and probably better elsewhere. It certainly got me out of the red. It's logical as well.
