The only place I can think of with heaps of viewers. I have been inundated in the past week with SPAM (vIAGRA P-en-is patch etc etc.) Via my ISP I have set my spam setting to HIGH. They cannot help any more(so they say) They suggest getting further sofware.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi Enjay, I was copping a lot of the same from the same, they are very cunning as they keep changing their senders email address. It is very easy to stop. In your Outlook Express click on "Message" and then on to "Create rule for message" and then insert one of the words these creeps are using and then any emails that are coming in with that word will be deleted automatically. The word "**********" will do the trick. You can also set your "delete" folder to empty on closing and then no more problems. This is a very handy function. I am using XP so not sure if it works on earlier windows. Be aware that ANY incoming emails containing the banned words will be deleted.

Hi Enjay,
In dealing with many emails a day Spam is a problem everywhere, the best options i have been able to find are as follows

1. Download the latest version of ADAWARE from << http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ >> this is free and is best kept updated weekly.

see below

Ad-aware Standard Edition is THE award winning, free*, multicomponent detection and removal utility that consistently leads the industry in safety, user satisfaction, support and reliability.
With its ability to comprehensively scan your memory, registry, hard, removable and optical drives for known datamining, aggressive advertising, and tracking components, Ad-aware will provide the user with the confidence to surf the Internet knowing that their privacy will remain intact. Let Ad-aware protect your privacy.

in addition to this i have installed << Norton Intrnet security >> you can pick it up for around $130 in most post offices. this has a spam section which when i intalled it was like a breath of fresh air, no more dealing with spam and works well.

Regrds
Pete
