there has been talk of pinnacle - but they haven't opened shop yet to my knowledge

There's only Betfair and Pinnaclebet.
Pinnacle are on their way, slowly, they have just given a whole list of bet types including fixed odds and betting terms and conditions, but no launch date nor markets just yet.
The other option is to go oncourse, where each bookie must stand to lose a set amount.

I did look at Betfair for NZ horse races but the Dividends where alot lower than the NZ TAB, basically no one betting : (

Does anyone use www.Dynamicodds.com betting facilities or similar www.theoddsbroker.com ?

What do online betting agencies do to your account if you do win continually .

Do they just close your account with all the money in it and say tuff luck son your not getting that, sue us, or what ?

I would start winning the amounts 1st,
Then worry about getting closed down later,
The last chance for me when all things are,
Dead & buried will be Betfair S/P.

I don't bet with bookies but from other people's experience they they that bookies advise them they are banned then close their accounts and refund their money within a reasonable period.
