Database Template
Hello All
I am looking for a template to create a database (Access or Filemaker Pro7) would anybody know where I can start looking .... I have been trying to keep my records in excel (Getting Tooooo hard :-)), I have looked at all these SUPER programs etc that would provide what I need except justifying the $'s at the moment is hard. Any help would be great BottleBoy |
would suggest microsoft works as a consideration.
has as good database program and is relatively easy to set the fields up. can be a lot of work keeping it up to date. |
BottleBoy you lucky chap!
I work with both FMPro V5.5 and Access 2003. I have templates set up for both. Contact me at racestats at hotmail.com for some free assistance. For what it's worth, Access is best for building tables and certain complex queries, but FM is better (easier) interface and easy queries. |
Hey Chrome tried to contact you with email but it looks like Ive got some probs there...anyway I have a whole lot of stuff on excel and because of my lack of IT nouse have to access info and analyse (using my own parameters/rules) manually...a lot of hard work...
I have Access but dont really know where to start lol...can you please assist? Provide some direction? Rather than doing a computer course thought I would be cheeky and ask someone like you on the Forum... Cheers for anything you might be able to give... Desi |
