Not a great result, just the one place getter at $1.80
Kinda sums up the days races altogether, pretty average....

Has anyone else got any stat's on following 1st Up performers only ?

I only bet on horses 1st up if they have a 50% win record 1st up. Too much risk otherwise. Same rule applies to 2nd up - want 50% record for a bet.

Either way you should only bet if other stats look good also - don't bet just because its 1st up?

Backing 1st up horses blindly will not work.

The three I picked yesterday were all pretty high, they were the top 3 for the day:

Periscope - First Up: 1:1-0-0 - 100%
Devil In Disguise - First Up: 3:2-1-0 - 100%
Amongst Thieves - First Up: 6:4-0-0 - 83%

But, your right Chief, you cant look blindly at 1st Up Form only. Still its useful information.
