TAB Internet betting account!

Those of you with an account, is your account number 6 digits or 7, because i registered and was given a 6 digit. I went through the activation process and successfully activated the account - got the pin/password etc. When i try to log in there is space to enter one more digit, and when i enter my 6 digit it says Field Customer number incorrect length. I tried putting a space, dash everything in between as well as like hash at the end but all those just returned the message: Customer number non-numeric. I thought it might not be activated properly so i tried again but it just came back saying the account was activated and ready to go....pigs ass. I am asking here because getting a response out of TAB is ************ impossible.

Anyway thanks,
Matt

Try putting in a zero as your first number then your account numbers. hope this helps.
What tab is your account with. I know my unitab account is 7 digits (I live in adelaide) and my brothers unitab account (who lives in qld) is 6 digits. He has to put a zero before it.

Hi Tenacious,

Sounds like you have a Victorian Tabcorp account. They have two numbers, a six digit account number and also a seven digit customer number which is the same as the account number with an extra digit tacked on the end.

The customer number is used to log on the internet and can be found on the back of your account card.

Hi Tenacious,
I have a Victorian TAB account. Just like Wunfluova mentioned, there are 2 numbers, a 6 digit account number, and a 7 digit customer number, both of which are shown on your account card. I'm guessing you don't have your card yet. The 7 digit customer number is what you need to log into your internet account. If I remember correctly, the lady down at the TAB mentioned that the customer number is the same as the account number, only with either a 0 or 5 tacked on the end of it. So, try entering your 6 digit account number plus either 0 or 5 at the end. Hope this helps.
Have a good one,
Silver

Cheers boys, right on the money. I just added numbers on the end until I came up trumps. You whack a 9 on the end, i don;t know if this is an arbitrary number or not. But anyway, thanks.
