If it costs $5000-10,000 & is based on the Gold Coast .
You will wish you had`nt participated their virtuose offerings.

Anything costing this sort of money is outrages.
If it cost $10,000 & claim it has say a very respectable 20% on turnover.
One would have to place $50,000 in bets just to pay them back .
Thats if you dont loose the lot that is.

Which I feel, one will.

Fluctations?
From where?
I am going to presume the totes. If that is the case, why not save yourself the money and watch the fixed odds.... 95% of the time that is where the tote is heading anyway.

If one wants to chase betting fluctuations .
There is a mob who advertise on this site called Racetext International which can do all that for you & more for a few hundred dollars , not thousands like some of those opportunists out there.

They also have a free trial offer ,for one to use on your own, before purchasing .
Now that is something those mobs charging thousands wont offer you.
With those mobs version of a trial is a situation whereby they go through the bets themselves with you but they wont let you have a hands on trial on you own. You dont want that.
