What could I get for a $1?
 

At this early stage, Stratum SR4 is $1.20 to win the Consul Stakes, so if i was to wager $5 and assuming he wins i would collect $6 (got an A in maths). So this begs the obvious question:

If i get on now, what could i buy for $1?
Any suggestions?

How true are those odds to post time odds usually? I think I'll jot em down for tonight as there should be some alright pools and values here in the new third world.

On a serious note, only four horses running so who knows. I wouldn't be backing him at that price, but you never know what the rest of the mad punting public might do. I suppose he could drift a little.
