I was just reading in the Winning Post the missing hoops file where it explains each jockeys indescretion and when they will return to the track.The explanation for the suspensions of Hugh Bowman, Russell Hanson and Samantha Dunn, was given as AR81A.Was'nt Hugh Bowman done for drugs? Is that the reason? I'm pretty sure it was him.
