Caulfield Cup Sectionals
 

After watching the race a few times, and seeing Leica Falcon absolutely fly the last 200m, i decided to have a look at the sectional times and could not believe what he ran in the last 200m - 11.02s!!!!!! fastest last 200m of the WHOLE day!!!!!

just wondering where do u get your sectionals from and whats a good site for race reports???

Good Question that one Horse Whisperer the only place I have ever gotten them from was out of the Sportsman but the last couple of weeks when I have gotten it they haven't been in there wouldn't mind having access to this sort of info.

on a side note there were only 3 horses out there yesterday I saw that I think can win the Melbourne Cup out of that race and they are certainly not anything out of the norm Railings, Leica Falcon and Eye Popper will all be hard to beat especially Eye Popper on its run yesterday that was amazing.

Other hoses from that race yesterday I thought might be place chances were Demerger, Portland Singa and something I thought would have been ridiculos before yesterday Natural Blitz what an amazing run by a much maligned horse.

leica falcon was very impressive in the CC. but i dont know whether it is a good enough stayer to run 3200 even with its last section. carte diamond will win the MC

I think even Railings will be hard-pressed to beat Eye Popper, although CC winners are always a genuine winning chance. Railings was 100% fit & only just got there. You'd think Eye Popper can only improve & with an easier run in transit he'll be incredibly hard to get past.
