Greg Childs has been asked by Lindsay Smith and P Harvey's missus to ride PLASTERED in order to get a 3rd party opinion on how he is going.

PLASTERED is not confirmed to be a starter for the MELBOURNE CUP and this assessment will go a long way to deciding PLASTERED'S spring plans.

Very interesting situation......

Railings gets 2 kg Penalty..... will carry 54kgs.... jumps from 23rd (?) to 7th in order of entry.

Order of entry doesn't matter for Railings as it was always going to be in the Melbourne Cup field. The important one is Leica Falcon which is 39th in order. The trainer doesn't want him to have another run before the Cup, but he might be forced to in order to qualify.

Stix, where are you getting the updated order of entry from bud? vrc.net is way to slow...thanks..
