Question on Railings
 

Having just watched the Melbourne Cup a couple of times I feel that he may have been a little unlucky although he was not a winning chance he looked asthough he could have finished alot closer seemed to get checked before straightening when straightening and in the straight at around the 250 metre mark but I haven't read anything about it at all was just wondering if anyone else thought he may have been a bit unlucky.

Greg Childs in the Herald Sun said that he tried to push Vinnie Row out but ended up being pushed back in and then after that the horse struggled to gain momentum. Something along those line anyway!

Just deserts then maybe?
