Same number, same barrier
Rule 1: Operate on races from 1400 metres to 2400 metres inclusive.
Rule 2: Horse saddle number must have same barrier number. Rule 3: Don't put money on it if it has a price greater than $20. |
I been playing around with your system Glenno, and have improved it out of dight by adding RULE 4
Rule 4. Don't put money on it if it has a price of less than $20 |
Ahh the old same barrier , same number system this has been around for a while the old man taught me this one here in Sydney ,
people say there is no logic behind it but if you check past results there have been some big prices . Rules are as follows 1200m to 2400 m races pick the horse number to the barrier number , if an apprenitce is riding exclude from your pick high numbers are the key to watch i.e No 10 from barrier 10 it mentions dont pick anything above $20 , that i don't belive ive backed some mighty fine winners with this . and this is why i don't bother looking at the form last minute if i see this in a race i put my usuall 5 each way bet . |
Rosehill results with this system last weekend
Race 1 - 7 St Martin (b7) 3 Maajay Prince (b3) -Ran 4th Race 2 - 3 Jackass (b3) -Ran 4th Race 3 ( no same barrier ) Race 4 - 1 Purple Dane (b1) 4 Cleverdane (b4) Race 5 - (no same number ) Race 6 - 9 Tactfully (b9) 5 Bipolar (b5) -Ran 4th Race 7 - 7 Spuruson (b7) -ran 4th 12 Lyn's Money (b12) not run in Race 8 ( no same number ) So you can see a few got up mainly places the one that didn't get up was Lyn's Money |
