FORM GUIDE

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the best form guide for looking up selections that fit a system. I'm a full time student who works as well so only have say an hour a day to spend on looking at form. Always loved gambling and my only bets these days are usually blackbook type bets after watching TVN races or trials and seing blocked runs, impressive performances etc.
So any help and suggestions would be much appreciated, form needs to include starting price in the race.

haveadip,

There is no such thing as a formguide that has starting prices. Nobody knows SP until the horses jump.

There are plenty of form guides available [many free] but will it suit your system requirements? Bit hard to recommend one without knowing what facts your system requires to know[?]. SP can't possibly be one of them unless you know how to get a bet on after they jump.

Have you looked through the formguides at your newsagent? Sportsman, Wizard or Winning Post? Can't imagine any system that requires info that isn't in that lot somewhere. No SP's though :-)

Thanks for the help, its saving a lot of time. Also i hear people talk about testing their systems on a database of previous races. Is that available on the net or is it a collection by the person over time of race form and results?

haveadip,

You can buy some .. this site offers one which I think is good but have no experience with ... or you can start collecting race form and results yourself.

Good Luck.
