Topweight query

Anyone know why at Flemington R1 (Sissano) is listed TAB no.1 even though it is not the topweight?

Yes, it is a set weights & penalty race with the penalties being for horses that have won a hurdle race - Sisssno, although winning over the jumps, has never won a hurdle race, so was re-handicapped when the error was noticed (by the jockey) yesterday.

Yes, correct it would have been down amongst the minimum weight runners.
