Shane Dye

I have just heard that Sahne Dye has had a terrible fall in Hong Kong,he is undergoing brain surgery.no other word available just yet.
lets hope he will make full recovery no matter what some punters think of him!!

Yes - let's hope Shane makes a full recovery. He is a brilliant strategist, particularly in big races (I think he has about 90 group 1s to his credit) and with 2yos (4 Golden Slippers in a row).

Family and friends have rushed to the bedside of champion jockey Shane Dye, who remains in a critical condition in a Hong Kong hospital after a weekend race fall.

The Melbourne Cup winner suffered serious injuries and reportedly underwent surgery for bleeding on the brain.

The Prince of Wales Hospital says he is in a critical condition in intensive care, but it is not known if he has woken from his induced coma.
