Well the upgrade hasn't gone too smoothly.

NSW and Vic TAB sites have gone missing in action, no temporary page, no apology, nothing.

A sign of the times.

It's 11.10am and there is nothing to bet on....or is there?

Well, it's up and sort of running.

Hate it!

Can't access live streaming.

Can't even register for the live odds service.

They tell me I don't have a NSW TAB acount - of course I don't!

And I am on the correct site.

Results have no closing price information.

Techform Ratings disappeared or I can pay $5.50 per meeting.

Or I can use the DFS ratings - but there is no access to any history.

Time to jump ship.

I'm off to the Tasmania website to get the data and to start my own ratings.

Sorry - my grumble for the day is over. :(

I was not sent a new card, so It is like I have no account their anymore, they arn't answering their phone.

Papyrus,

Cards were sent out early last week, they even sent me two different ones (giant balls up).

It's just a sign of the times.

Less agencies, less staff, less information for the punter, less customer service, less quality,more takeout.

My advice, stop betting and start investing in their shares.

I got two cards aswell because i held an account with both Vic tab and nsw

Unbelievable, I think I finally worked out how to activate my account again, and it tells me that the account has been locked cause there has been too many invalid attempts, so customer support is their answer, I've never had a reply from customer support before, what a waste of a day. But mabye not, given me chance to look elsewhere.

I got my card without any fuss or balls-up. However, I can't log-in, and there's no one to assist me on the help-line due to technical problems.
