Quinella Staking Plan

Does anyone know of a staking plan for quinellas as I'm just making a level stakes profit, but i want to boost the profits.

I'm no e x p e r t on staking plans but Maria had so much success with betting a percentage of her bank. Maybe if you stated your strike rate and average dividend then that might be of help to anyone answering your query?
