Hamilton today?

Anyone have any decent tips for this meet?
I'm heading in there for the cup but havern't had to much time to check form and what not.

I'm betting boxed quinellas at Hamilton:

Race 5 nos.3, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13
Race 6 nos. 2, 3, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13
Race 7 nos. 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12.

It might be a good idea to stay clear of them???
