Managing betting acccounts.

I have opened a few betting accounts and looking for some advice and experience about:

How much is a good amount to keep in a betting account? eg enough for 50 bets or a % of the bank?

How often do people generally deposit and withdrawal funds?

Is there a good way to avoid deposit/withdawal fees? Even the bank chages me $10 for any deposits from overseas.

Any thoughts about these types of issues will be much appreciated.
