The good thing about finding only 1 race at a meeting that qualifies as being suitable to handicap means more time and effort can be dedicated to getting it right.

BENDIGO Race 6

The 545 metre start is just before a bend and the inside Boxes have a HUGE advantage by being able to escape the mad crush inwards that occurs at race start.
But the advantage can't be utilized by slow beginners, and the only quick beginner in the race is No 3 UNO JIMMY, and I expect it to lead and run up to its ability.
No 8 ELLES SHOWGIRL begins well enough to clear the slow beginners inside it and should be figuring early and is at least a Place chance.
I expect No 1 SURFERS DELIGHT to get a safe passage along the rails and come home well.
The best the rest could possibly do is snag 3rd.

The 600 Boxes are just a few metres from the finish line, so there will be a bend early and that will favour the inside boxes in attaining the early lead.
And it just so happens that the 3 quickest and best animals in the race are drawn there.

Its a shame this race is so Open otherwise there would be BIG money to be made.
