Brisbane Classes
 

Hi Guys,
Can any of our Brisbane specialists please explain to me the relationship between the classes of races in Brisbane below Listed? For instance, I am unsure whether Quality is superior to or equal to Open Handicap. Similarly, I suspect 1MWLY is superior to 1MW but is it superior to 2MW? The classes that appear most often on Saturdays are:
Open Handicap,
2MW
1MW, 1MWLY,
0MW
Class 6.

That is the order in which I would have put them if pressed but after closely examining the form of a recent winner of a 0MW (i.e. zero Metro Wins) I saw that it had won two races at Doomben and one at Eagle Farm. There must be a logical explanation.
