In Brissie, The Bernborough, I thought Startell would be a great chance. Great record over the distance and at Doomben, will appreciate the sting out of the track, last few runs have been good despite being out of the placings, is having last run before a spell, will then return for the winter carnival. Good show.

Thanks Paddy, haven't been home much last few weeks, and was out again yesterday so only bet on the two races.

Was disappointed with Startell being scratched as I was fairly confident, and might well have landed the trifecta - as it was I needed Baal Yabba to get third - oh well, nice quin divi at least and backed both e/w, so a bit of payback for all those nice presents I bought the relos.

Yes, Flashborne is finding it hard to win this campaign, but hasn't been too far away each time. One to keep an eye on next few starts.
