Tab Account Usage
I had en enquiry about one of my betting accounts today with the NSW TAB in regards to a free bet i had where they paid me $3 for one of black caviars runs when it was paying $1.30 so i hedged it on betfair for profit of $70 with the understanding the extra $90 they paid me had to be turned over before i could withdraw the funds, fine i accepted that.
I had in the account a bit over $500 and wanted to take most of it out as i don't use the account that much i was told the whole amount had to be turned over before i could with draw those funds and only what i had turned over was available for withdrawal. I advise anyone not to place to much money in the TAB account as you need to turn it over to get it out. This may be the same for bookies, i have not noticed this before so i am not sure if it has been around awhile or not. |
what do you mean by "turn it over"?

It has to be bet, so if you deposit $100 and you had $50 worth of bets and your balance was $150 the most you could withdraw would be $100
