Intelligent Greyhound Thread

TRARALGON Race 6

3 ONYA SPLASH $3.5
5 WHERE'S FREEMAN $4.4
7 WARRALONGA AMORE $5.3
4 BOO WEEKLEY $7.3
6 TOO FAR GONE $14
8 SOMEWHERE GIRL $20
1 CELLAR DOOR $33
9 TORRESELLA $50

There is doubt about the top selection staying the distance.
The 2nd and 3rd selections both have MASSIVE drops in Class and the VALUE bet will come from either of these , more likely #7.
I suggest a Win Bet of $5 on #7

moeee 10th June 2011 11:08 AM

TRARALGON Race 8

8 CREDIT CRUNCHER $3.3
3 KING ASHY $3.7
2 PURE PEACHES $5.6
7 OSKA NEVEELK $8.6
1 ELITE CITY $16
5 ELITE LOMBO $20
4 CARLINFORD STEWY $50
10 STARRING NEO $166

One of the top 2 selections leads all the way - OR - gets run down by #2
I suggest a Win Bet of $5 on #2

moeee 10th June 2011 02:50 PM

TRARALGON Race 10

6 BIG ROSE $3.2
1 DEVIL'S CHAOS $3.9
4 ZEALOUS $6.7
2 PLUTO POWER $10
7 FERVENT $16
3 PIMLICO ROAD $16
8 SPOT ON TARGET $25
5 OTHER BROTHER $33

The Red begins very quickly , but tires just as quick.
I expect the top selection to run it down.
The suggestion is $8 a Win on #6

GEELONG Race 4

1 SIMPLY CHARLIE $2.5
2 HOLSTEIN MISS $5.7
3 MAXIMUM RIDE $8
4 CARLTON HERO $10
5 MISS TREW STAR $14
6 OCEAN'S OWN $16
8 COOL FURY $20
9 INDI OCTANE $33

The RED simply leads all the way.
$20 a Win on it.

Obviously the ability of this animal has been recognized by The Fixed Odds TAB setter and there is no Value at all at $2.60
Perhaps a 50 cent Box Trifecta is best now.

EDIT: if you hurry to Betfair , there is Big Odds available.

New Market with the Late Scratching.

1 DEVIL'S CHAOS $2.7
4 ZEALOUS $4.6
2 PLUTO POWER $7
7 FERVENT $12
3 PIMLICO ROAD $12
8 SPOT ON TARGET $16
5 OTHER BROTHER $20

The 2nd selection could be good Odds here.
$5 a win on it.

GEELONG Race 5

2 ROBERT ANDREW $2.8
7 DAINTREE PALACE $3.1
8 GOLD TIGER $8.8
5 ZIPPY GALORE $12
6 LIMBURG GEM $15
3 SHIRAZ GLORY $20
9 WHERE'S MY CHAMP $166

Only 2 possible Chances here.
Either a Quinella for $8 or a Box Exacta for $4 depending on what is showing in the dividends.

I'm having a fairly good night although the suggested bets all failed.
Thats because I adapt My Wagers to suit the available Markets.

So I figure it ain't worth posting My suggestions anymore , because all they do is lose.

Plus the lack of interest in Greyhounds is obvious , and no amount of posting can ignite it.
The only thing members seem to be interested in is chasing their own tails.
I guess that makes sense because those that have all the answers ain't gonna give away for free.
The Value of anything is judged by its cost.
If the cost is zero , then its Value is obviously zero.

I do my best to try to break that trend , but just can't.
Yet I keep building My Bank up.
Must be that Forum Curse that seems to affect everyone.

Mooeee, I could post at least twenty greyhound races each and every day,
But I'd gain very little, I like understand why things happen.

The other night I posted a couple of races, when I reviewed those races the next day, we had two dogs that won at big odds, they both ran the fastest splits of their life, 1 after 48 starts the other was having it's 50th odd start. The overall times were ordinary.

Then I review most of the other races, for the night, it appears the leaders (1-2-3) all just about came from boxes 1-2-3-4, the slowest split times were recorded by box 7-8.

The above is what interests me, not posting prices. The two dogs running their best times, could have led to a discussion that has it's roots with a man called Ray Taulbot "who stated it's not how an animal expends it's energy, it's the context of how it's expended"
Taulbots work centred on horse racing, but his pace context techniques are applied better to greyhound racing.

I figure MACALEA BALE might be one of the animals , and I had it rated at 50 to 1.

Nice work Woof43.
I expect to see you tipping a couple of 50 to 1 Winners tonight then?
