With all these systems you post darky, I don't understand why you wouldn't run them through a database to see if they're profitable or not.

If you forward test them, when you've finished, you're looking at history anyway .....

darkydog2002 29th March 2012 03:00 PM

Hi Ya Barny,
I test them with real money .

darkydog2002 29th March 2012 03:11 PM

Just because a system lost in the past doesnt mean it will lose in the future.
And Vice Versa.
Ya take ya chances.
Thats why its called "Gambling."

Some "Toffs" might call it "Investing" these days but in reality its just Gambling.

Can you give me your reading on this one darky. I'm about to embark on some fairly time consuming research.

1. A horse, ie; with all it's bits intact
2. Decently bred (logic between rule 1 & rule 2 is that the horse will be looking for a few group wins to increase it's stud fee)
3. Win S/R of 20%+
4. Only bet them in group races.

There doesn't appear to be a lot of action, but over the years there have been winners at juicy odds.

and this one .....

Country Cups

1. Back any nag that ran in the same cup the previous year.

Now, darky, if you don't reply, and I see the first one being marketed ..... then I expect 51% !!!!

I wouldnt bother with any research on whats written.
Better just to take My

Grouter System

Concentrate on horses that ran 1st or 2nd LS EXACTLY 49 Days ago.

WAIT until they have 10 losses in a row then bet the 11th Race.
Then WAIT for another 10 losses then bet the 11th bet etc etc

Only too pleased to impart this .Its a oldie and was sold around 1980.
Presumably the seller made a fortune and retired and out of the goodness of his dear little heart gave it away for a modest sum.

Prior to system designing I believe he used to tip to his clients via Telegram.

I can see the logic here darky, the 49 days is exactly seven weeks, but how does one adjust for leap year which occurs every four years and obviously has the extra day in February. So for a period of time the 49 days would have to become 50 to bring it back on track ?? .... am I right there ??
