Hi Vortech
You recently helped with a thread on "Which ratings are best" along with several other "Experts" Thanks for you very usefull information. I understood all the abreviations for your ratings except "Win" Rating 1 -6 & 78% What does the abreviation "Win" stand for? Please forgive my ignorance if it is obvious. Regards Ted If you don't ask you may never ever know" |
What he would mean is if you had a list of runners you would put then in order from lowest win percentage to highest and the top 6 have a 78% SR

Hi There,
Win% rank is the highest win strike down to lowest Example: Horse 1 8 races, 2 wins (25% Win%) Horse 2: 4 races, 2 wins (50% Win%) Rank them in order to have your top 6 and you get 78% of winners I find the best two are Starting Prices and Top 6 Jockeys Í'm amazed how much attention is not given to a good jockey. Its a must. Good horses and class above the rest can lose given the jockey and the claim doesn't help much when your 3 wide Hope that helps |
I am a dummy
Thanks Shaun
I was thinking "Win" was another rating site. You know of any others ? Regards Ted "If you dont ask you may never ever know" |
Thanks Vortech
Thanks for your explanation and pointing out your thoughts on the top jockeys
