Form over five runs
 

Had a little seniors moment and can't recall where's the simplest check on form that goes longer than five races?

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Example above is Sandown R1 - click on [Show All] underneath EXPLANATION button(directly under stats box) to get all runs.
