those interested in FORM might find this file helpful :)

What it does:
it converts [20356] in one cell into [6] [5] [3] [0] [2] individual cells -- some might find this handy -- i don't know if this is the best or only way to achieve this -- it is just what i did

Very neat.
I didn't realise that you could combine LEFT and RIGHT in that way so I've learned something.
