More Bot for my Buck??

The mission is:
Let's say I have a series of spreadsheets. They comprise win strike rates, based on 1st favourites tote price and no. of runners. They indicate the order of % win strike rate for each horse in the race.
The formula might be: Lay the 6th, 7th & 8th favourites in an 8 horse race IF the 1st favourites tote price is $2.50 and 6th favourites tote price is > $20.
The formula is easy enough to program in most bots but the conundrum for me is triggering a bot to fire a series of Lay bets to Betfair, but based on TAB prices?

Any suggestions?.........thanks RP

The only way that I know of would be to import Tatts odds via XML into an Excel spreadheet which is linked to Betting Assistant, which then fires off bets according to triggers you have created.

Yup

The other quick way is subscriptiondata, which I have a script for that type of data source.
It's not the scripting, it's working the program that sorts SD from raw data-in to do whatever you want it to to do.
Once that raw data is available after the sorting, thats when the script comes to play getting prices from it's database. Does it in milliseconds.

At -5 seconds, from my observations it's still approximately the -15 ~ -30 second TAB price update before the advertised race start time.

Hey, a BIG thanks for that Puntz. I'll place the order on hold for a little time. Time to try and smooth out the excel data, based on field sizes, that I need as a trigger.
Will get back soon....Thanks RP
