race times list anyone?

Anyone know of an on line source where I can copy and paste a list of the days races in TIME order (WA time that is), as I'm getting RSI from entering the lot long hand!!

http://www.racingandsports.com.au/en/form-guide/

click on 'race time' button bottom left, scroll back up & you see a popup window with the race times but they are shown by the local jump time of each event, so dunno if that helps.

Thanks Stugots,, nah not really; as I would have to convert to WA time, pity!

Do you use excel Party? If so I can drum you up a simple spreadsheet to do the job.

Stugots, thanks but I don't use Excel, never got the hang of it, I can hear the groans but I've stuck in WORKS, just cos I find it so easy to use.

LG. Ta! problem there is it doesn't copy and paste, well, it does but it becomes corrupted. I paste that but then still have to enter long hand grrrrrr!
