how do you get them. i get the newsletter but never get ratings or lil's tips.

Posting different tips in different places is what an old fashioned racetrack tout would have done if he could have got his hands on a computer back then.

None of Lucky lil's (forum)tips have run in the first three for the past two weeks - the hoodoo does exist.

In this week's newsletter under the heading "Lucky Lil's free tips still on fire" is the following:

Each Saturday readers of this newsletter will be given a few free tips by Pro-Punter tipster Lucky Lil."

I've never been able to access them from the N/L either Umrum. I must be blind. Can't see the obvious.
