September Update
RaceCensus has been updated to 30/09/2018.
Updates were posted out to clients today. RaceCensus now has over 3.1 million records and more than 304,000 races with five start form. Compatible with all versions of Windows. If your subscription has expired, you can repurchase RaceCensus and get 12 months of free updates again here: http://www.propun.com.au/racecensus_cc.html *Please note, there will be no $60.00 one-off updates, as mentioned in the other thread. This is purely due to rising costs, advertising, postage etc. |
Hi CP
Very interested to get involved with this. Is there a way I can read through some ways it is applied - maybe the tutorials. I get the filters and equations ok - just not how it then relates to the upcoming form / race data. Its all very new to me and I want to make sure I can understand it before I purchase it and be clueless. Nitro |
Hi NitroPunter,
My apologies for not answering your question and several emails from potential interested parties. I have been in hospital for a longer than expected stint, but back in good order. RaceCensus is an historical database, the tutorials form part of the learning process of how to perform queries on the data. We don't supply upcoming form or race data, as the database is updated monthly with historical data. The purpose of the database is to run various queries, export data, create your own systems or ratings using the data supplied. Crucially, it will give a summary of what returns a loss using TAB prices for each query performed. The race data dates back from late 1998 to the end of October 2018 currently. Should you require more info prior to purchase (which comes with 12 months of updates included in the price), please email me at racestats at hotmail dot com. Thanks for your interest and question, sorry about the very delayed reply. |
