Here's one of the best JUGGLING of results I've ever seen to suck punters in.

From a popular punting magazine.

Our Daily Specials had a bracket selection of MOOBALL 3rd 7/1 and BUTTOUT 2nd 6/1 in Sunday's Echuca Cup! Close but just not close enough. Members astute enough to take the 'field' to win from this pair in 2nd and 3rd would have picked up a cool $6128 trifecta for an outlay of only $26.

So 'ASTUTE' obviously means INCREDIBLY LUCKY then. Imagine selecting a couple of 'specials' in a race and then expecting people to only put them in 2nd and 3rd.

"Let's twist again like we did last summer"

I picked up that publication and put it back when I saw most of the articles were actually from postings within this very forum and from one other.

Just rehashed and glossy.

Actually, about 20 years ago, wheeling two prime picks with the entire field was one of my strategies in trifecta betting. Cashed some good ones at minor U.S. tracks. Tough to have yes, impossible, no.

Regards,

Glenn

They seem to be getting most of their writers [and topics] from that 'other' forum too Chrome.

And boy, doesn't the publication like picking on this forum and it's contributors.

All the more reason for a "members only" section of the forum ?
