Hey punters, this is my first post so i don't really know the edicate involved in giving tips but heres my best !!!

Rosehill race 6 no.1
Private Steer

I know she's a favourite, but i just think now she's drawn that horror gate(19)and with the top weight (58kg), along with the fact that she hasn't won any distance over 1400 that she will get out to nice odds, i predict around $5. But all these minuses aside the way she won the the apollo stakes and with bossy aboard she'll be very hard to beat.

And why not all up into special harmony M.V Race 4 no. 1 probably at tens on but i havent seen a better thing on paper as far as i can remember.

Good luck and happy punting, and post your thoughts if you disagree about private steer.

Hi mr ed, private steer has a chance along with another 8 in a hard race, but watching Ain't Seen Nothin's 1st 2 runs back i'll be backing her at around 10/1 or 12/1, good barrier and a powerful finisher, plus a saver on Zanna who flashed home late [3rd] behind Private Steer 2nd up and meets her 4kg better

private steer is a damn good horse, but barrier 19 makes life tough. i will be kicking home vocabularly. has chased 2 super guns past 2 starts, gets her big chance here.

Best Bet, MR8 no.1 Sylvaner, 2nd up 58.5kg, outside barrier, stood in the stall's and missed the start by 4 Length's and stormed home to finish 4th. Drops 3kg, better drawn, won 6/13 at the distance and won at moonee valley and new rider N Rawiller was the last jokey to be placed on her.
2nd Best Bet, BR3 no.10 She's Decent, 1st up in small field was well back to turn , eventually got to the outside in the straight, was stuck right across the nose by another rider, losing momemtum throwing her head around, while the winner [Chicken Little] took the short cut along the inside, beaten a long neck.

Private Steer is certainly a good horse, not ready to use that loosely used word "champion" yet, but l think today will be tough race, so it's Zanna for me, she's ready now.
