Depends on the market.

Betfair is ingenious and the government by not issueing them a license are ripping us punters off. Currently betfair say they have less then a 1% market share of Aust racing and still offers better prices on most horses in most race imagine the odds offered if that rate could lift to say 10% it would be better for everyone involved.

Betfair without a doubt. Although i have noticed the value reducing over time.The market is a little thin at times but major Saturday meetings are fairly robust.Should have no trouble taking the odds to couple of $K at least on the better class races.
