I would like to hear from someone here who had/is betting on Hong Kong races. Specifically, how to go about setting up a betting account and deposit funds into it, and if can place bets over the internet.

Don't bet on Hong Kong races but I do know that you can get on through Mark Read's IAS web site. They may be of some assistance to you.
