I'm assumimg still rule that ALL selections must be posted before start of the first race that you have a selection in.

sportznut 30th September 2004 10:11 AM

Well, that is certainly preferable and it makes it a lot simpler to see what everyone has picked. However, Puntz has been doing it a bit differently the last two weeks.

I guess it's okay to not post all your selections at once, but you must make it very clear which horses you're tipping and you must make new posts instead of simply editing your old ones.

getting sloppy but you're the boss.

sportznut 30th September 2004 10:24 AM

I'm not really the boss. Anyway, as I said it would certainly be preferable if everyone puts all their tips in before their first race. What does everybody think? Do you think we should make it a hard and fast rule?

Thought it was an original rule. Majority seem to be sticking to it. Pity the one trying to reconcile and audit (posting times) if we all lodge 4 or 5 scattered posts

sportznut 30th September 2004 10:48 AM

Yeah, I guess you're right. It was an original rule to put all your tips in before your first race. The only exception really is that you can add tips later if you have scratchings. And it certainly would be a nightmare trying to work through all the selections if we did it any other way. So please disregard what I said earlier and everybody stick to posting ALL your selections prior to your first race.

Well here's a rule for you Sportznut.

Consider the consequences if everyone decided to go against a rule.

Rules are there to make things easier.
