Race 4 no. 5 Gold Town Girl. Forget last run on a slow track. Placed in city. 2nd to recent city winner Dananmatt 2 starts back.

Race 5 no. 2 Good Day Bad Day. Ready for the 2200m after 5 starts since spell over unsuitable journeys.

Race 6. Good provincial field. If EW odds try no. 3 Polish Pleasure, danger no. 5 Bosse's Mate.

Race 7 no. 3 Cargo - Good run in the city last start. Maiden winner this course & distance.

Gold Town Girl. unplaced. Loomed as a winning chance 100m out, did not sustain run. Disapointing.

Good Day Bad Day. unplaced. Not suited by the slow tempo. Joined leader before the turn. Unable to sprint final bit.

Polish Pleasure - unplaced, Bosse's Mate - good (close) second.

Cargo - Gutsy win after being taken on in front for most of the journey.
