1. First up from a spell
2. Race distance 1000-1100m
3. A.P.I > $50000
4. Win S/R > 20%
5. Place S/R > 40%
6. Inside Barrier 10
7. Career starts >3

sorry, forgot to mention that if there are two or more runners then you leave the race...i also think i can change th API rule to "Top 3 API for the race", this will get more runners
