Big Concessions
 
Rule 1: Operate only on handicap races.
Rule 2: Select the race in the meeting with the largest weight differential between top and second-top weight.
Rule 3: Bet on the horse(s) on the second-top weight.

The last rule is wrong. The first two rules as stated are correct; rule three should actually state: "Bet the top-weighted horse."

yeah mate i was just going to say you would be going against yourself with that rule...untill you added the change
