Blinkered Outlook

Rule 1: Operate only on handicap races.
Rule 2: Look only for horses that are wearing blinkers for the first time.
Rule 3: If morer than one is wearing blinkers for the first time, ignore the race.

You're correct. On SuperTAB, it paid $8.70 for the win, $2.20 for the place.
