Recent Winners with Penalty
 

Rule 1: Operate on handicaps of less than 2000 metres.
Rule 2: Consider only last-start winners.
Rule 3: Last start <=21 days.
Rule 4: Age <=5 years.
Rule 5: Horse's weight must be from +2kg to +3kg (inclusive) than the weight in its last start.
