Track conditions for Saturday

Can anybody a) let me know likely track conditions for Flemington and Rosehill tomorrow, and b) where to get this info reliably on a Friday (obviously subject to weather conditions in next 24 hours).
Makes doing form quite hard day before without it, especially this time of year.

Timothy Flemington is currently heavy but may improve to slow by to-morrow as it is fine here at this point in time.
