Syndication not Solicitation
Hi all,
I just want to express the view that is in no way meant to be any form of solicitation. I merely want to hear opinions on the subject. I have recently been viewing offers to join a syndicate to purchase a share in what has been suggested to be a promising yearling. Good blood lines, nice size and future trainer etc so all is cool in that regard. However i wanted to hear from others on the subject re: successes and/or failures. Again I am not soliciting nor should this be taken as an invitation to solicit me but some discusion might be helpful. Be cool |
These are the questions you need to ask yourself
1) can i afford to do this 2) Am i doing this for fun or profit 3) What are my expectations If you answer yes to the first question and fun for the second...go for it...if you didn't i would think twice....it has been stated many times that 90% of owners don't make money....from what heared last time on average each horse registerd in Australia wins $10000 a year prixe money and from my understanding it costs more than $20000 to train....just so you know... |
