Shadowmaker first up
 

Very hard race the next at the Valley but all the betting points to Shadowmaker running a huge race first-up. He is a high quality racehorse with a tremendous sprint, and goes very well in the going (he was an unlucky second to Cahuita on Emirates day in the heavy) but he'll need to this is a crack sprinting field, he should continue to ease on the tote and anything over $8 looks a nice e/w bet. Also give chances to Black Bubble (just can't forget that 7 length annialation here in the heavy last year), and Tessuto who also revels in the ground and has terrific first up form, both currently over $30.
