Was wondering if you had a list of online casinos you recommend for the "hit and run" strategy (ie. signing up for the bonus, playing the minimum requirement then withdrawing the lot)? Also would be interested to know if you just play basic strategy on BJ to try to collect the bonuses or if you use some sort of staking system to try to maximise the profit (with the risk of losing more if you hit a bad run)?
