This one was first published in America in the 30's.Read about it in a Brisbane book store a while ago.
Your nag requires a 30% win rate and a 50% place rate.That's it.Did great until EVERYONE started to do it...and has hardly been heard from since.
Probably still does not work because of tight odds but if anyone wants to test this one then I'd like to know the results pretty please.
