I have a suggestion. Try e-mailing them from a different e-mail address as though you are a potential new subscriber, interested in joining. Leave a phone number for them to call you and say that you are keen to get set up as soon as possible.

Watch how fast they contact you. The trick is keeping them on the line once you identify yourself.
